MFS iPad app
Working hand-in-hand with health professionals we have developed
a free "MFS - Mobility and Functional Support Service" iPad app
that can be used to conduct your DVA RAP assessments, manage
clinical records, create diagrams for home modifications, and
prescribe MFS equipment.

The catalogue features:

- a legend to advise who can prescribe the products

Direct Order Forms can be faxed or emailed; you can order
directly via our website, or you can speak with our trained
