Compression garments are provided as a mode of treatment for conditions such as lymphoedema or venous insufficiency. Health Providers should have specialist post graduate training in oedema/ lymphoedema management in order to access, measure, fit and review these garments. In the case of lymphoedema treatment programs where therapy is more intensive, Health Providers are required to obtain prior approval from the relevant RAP personnel or clinical adviser.
